Vitector connection set for pneumatic safety edge (DW). Junction box with pneumatic switch including 4-core spiral cable and accessories.

Standard configuration for controls that operate on a resistance value of 1k2 Ohm. If the door control operates on 8k2 Ohm, remove the lower resistor from the PCB (see manual).

Connection to T100DES from 2020 (new standard NEN-EN12453):
The control according to the new standard (from 2020) expects the T100 to have a resistance value of 4k Ohm in the stop-loop. In a new control unit, a 4k Ohm resistor is connected to J4.1 and 4.2 as standard.

No slack cable switches/wicket door contacts:
Connect pneumatic switch to J3.2 and 3.3
Resistor 4k Ohm on J4.1 and 4.2

Old slack cable switches/wicket door contacts without integrated resistor:
Connect pneumatic switch to J3.2 and 3.3
Resistor 4k Ohm in series with door contacts (J4.1 and 4.2)

Slack cable switches/wicket door contacts with integrated resistor:
Connect DW to J3.2 and 3.3
The resistance value in the stop-loop must add up to 4k Ohm. For example, if one switch with an integrated 2k Ohm resistor is connected, an additional 2k Ohm resistor must be connected in series. (The standard supplied 4k Ohm resistor on J4.1 and 4.2 will then be omitted). If two switches with integrated 2k Ohm resistors are connected, no additional resistor needs to be connected.
